Terry L. Rollins is a graduate of Peabody at Vanderbilt University, with degrees in elementary education and special education for the visually impaired. A military wife for over twenty-three years, she and her husband, Captain Everett F. Rollins III, United States Coast Guard Retired, have lived in two foreign countries and eight states, including Alaska. Terry and Everett have four children and split their time between their mountain home in North Carolina and Fairfax, Virginia.
