At Magnolia Trappings, we want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be pleased with the purchases you make. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange your purchase for another item of equal value, or we will issue a refund under the following conditions:

1. Notify us via e-mail or telephone about returning the item as soon as you receive it. An item kept for three days or more is considered sold and may not be returned.
2. The returned item is received by Magnolia Trappings within ten (10) days of the date the item was received by the buyer.
3. The item returned is in the same condition as when it was purchased, with no adjustment or alteration to the item.

4. The returned item is well packaged and shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation.
5. Shipping costs for returning the item are paid by the sender.
6. A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from any monies refunded, unless the returned item is exchanged for another item.
7. A refund will be issued within fifteen days of receipt of the returned item.
